French AM association opens Brussels office

The French asset management association AFG has opened an office in Brussels.

It aims to be permanently in touch with European financial institutions and associations based in the Belgian capital.

The office will be managed by Arthur Carabia, who is responsible for AFG’s relationships with European institutions.

According to AFG, the French asset management industry was composed of 638 companies managing some €3.2trn of assets at end 2014.
