Generali Investments to merge operations for Italy, France, Germany

Generali Investments Italy, the holding company for the asset management arm of Italy’s Generali Group, is set to change its name to Generali Investments Europe, in order to incorporate the UCITS investment businesses of Generali Investments France S.A. and Generali Investments Deutschland Kmbh.

The change will be effective on October 1, with the aim to create a single and coordinated structure in Europe with local services.

It is understood that the sales team structure will remain unchanged and operate through the local branch offices.

Wholly controlled by the Generali Group, Generali Investments Europe will manage more than €300bn third party and own assets.
