KBL Richelieu appoints new CEO

Paris headquartered private banking group KBL Richelieu has named Régis Brochot as its new chief executive officer.

He succeeds Olivier Roy who steps down after 11 years as CEO.

Brochot joined KBL Richelieu in April 2016 as deputy CEO. His appointment as CEO has been approved by the administration board of the company but is still subject to regulatory approval.

Prior to joining the company, Brochot was head of Private Clients and member of the executive committee of HSBC Private Bank France since 2007.

He started his career in 1987 at Societe Generale and held various executive roles at Union Financière George V, Paribas Banque Privée, Lazard Régions and Ixis Private Capital Management.
