N+1 launches corporate finance activities in France

Spanish investment bank and asset manager N+1 has launched corporate finance activities in France.

The 15-Paris’ investment team is led by managing partner Franck Portais, who developed goetzpartners corporate finance’s business in France from 2002 to 2014. He will be supported by Olivier Guignon and Oriane Durvye.

In 2014, N+1’s investment banking division advised on 70 transactions: 25 M&A deals (with an aggregated value of €7.23bn), 24 capital markets transactions ( around €1bn), 16 debt advisory transactions (€12.46bn) and 5 credit portfolio deals (€9.7bn).

As an asset manager, N+1 currently advises and manages €3bn in assets.
