NN Investment Partners appoints CEO France

Dutch asset manager NN Investment Partners, formerly ING Investment Management, has appointed Philippe Fidaire as chief executive officer of NN IP France.

Fidaire was hitherto working as lead senior institutional sales of NN IP in Paris. Before joining the firm, he held positions from 2001 to 2012 at Allianz Global Investors such as head of Insurance Channel France, head of Investment Solutions and head of Institutional Equity Desk.

Fidaire started his career at Banque Internationale de Placements in 1993 where he worked as analyst and arbitrager then moved to Dresdner RCM Gestion in 1996 as equity portfolio manager before being appointed head of Equity and member of the board in 1999.

Paul Van Eynde, head of Institutional Sales Europe, commented: “With his appointment, we are very proud to have found an ideal candidate within our own organization and we are confident that Philippe will take our business in France to the next level.”

NN IP currently manages €186bn.
