Oddo Group expands supervisory board

Oddo Group has announced the appointment of Hélène Auriol Potier, Ronald Latenstein van Voorst and Bernard Ramanantsoa to its advisory board.

All three new mebers are currently holding executive roles in France. As part of their new role, they will fulfill an advisory role and ensures the regular monitoring of all of the Group’s activities and main projects in France, Germany and in its international markets.

Oddo specialises in investment banming, capital management, brokerage, financial analysis, prvate banking and asset management in France and Germany.

Auriol Potier is currently general manager of Microsoft Dynamics Europe as well as a member of Ipsen’s Board of directors. Prior to that, she worked among others for France Telecom, Nortel and Dell, where she headed up the group’s emerging market activities.

Latenstein was appointed head of the Oddo & Cie Investment Banking Division in 2015, where he was in charge of the Group’s international development and co-head of the team that oversaw the Oddo Seydler-Meriten Investment Management link-up and the development of Oddo Securities via the opening of an office in Sweden. He is currently COO of the Dutch Rasile Group. Prior to that, he worked among others for Thomas Cook and SNS Reaal.

Ramanantsoa was dean of the HEC School of Management ( École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Paris) , where he is also professor emeritus. Prior to that, he worked among others for SNCF where he became head of the “main lines” marketing division in 1978. In 1979, he returned to academia as professor of business strategy at HEC, a position he held until 2015.

Mona Dohle
Mona Dohle speaks German and Dutch, she is DACH & Benelux Correspondent for InvestmentEurope. Prior to that, she worked as a journalist in Egypt and Palestine. She started her career as a journalist working for a local German newspaper. Mona graduated with an MSc in Development Studies from SOAS and has completed the CISI Certificate in International Wealth and Investment Management.
