OFI Asset Management reshuffles teams
French asset manager OFI Asset Management has announced a reorganisation of its teams.
The group said its equities and convertibles teams will be led by the same management. Eric Turjeman, moving from Amundi, has been appointed head of Equities and Convertibles.
Four equities managers who formerly worked with Turjeman at Amundi have joined the team : Olivier Baduel, Corinne Martin, Béryl Bouvier Di Nota and Jean-Charles Naudin.
The equities team, which has increased its expertise in European equities, has been reshuffled. Baduel will be responsible for a large cap division while Bouvier Di Nota will be in charge of a small and mid-cap division.
A new division has been created and will focus on risk dynamic management and financial engineering. It will be managed by former CEO of OFI Investment Solutions Michaël Fay. Clément Iseli, who worked hitherto as quantitative analyst within the innovation division at OFI AM has been appointed allocating manager.
Established in 1971, OFI AM managed €60bn of assets as at the end of 2014. The firm is backed by two French major institutional mutual insurance groups, Matmut and Macif.
