Schroders hires head of Institutional Clients France

Schroders has appointed Yves Desjardins as head of Institutional Clients France.

He will be responsible for strengthening the asset manager’s relationships with the institutional clients based in France and developing Schroders’ activity on this segment.

Desjardins, who has 15 years of experience in the asset management industry, was hitherto working at HSBC Global Asset Management where, from 2003 to 2015, he held several positions such as relationship manager for French and Dutch institutional investors.

He started his career at Sinopia Asset Management as a global equity trader.

Schroders manages €441.6bn in assets as at 31 March 2015.
