SocGen Private Banking appoints Verleyen as global CIO

Societe Generale Private Banking (SogGen) has announced the appointment of Eric Verleyen (pictured) as global CIO and deputy head of portfolio management solutions.

Verleyen will be in charge of defining the private banking investment policy, communicating investment guidelines throughout all entities of the private bank whilst supporting portfolio managers and investment advisors and promoting SocGen’s investment expertise.

Previously group CIO of SocGen Private Banking Hambros, Eric Verleyen remains based in the United Kingdom and reports to Olivier Gérard, global head of PMS in Luxembourg, and to Paul Wiltshire, Head of Wealth Management Solutions (WMS) for Societe Generale Private Banking Hambros.
