Spring flourish for Livret A inflows

French public savings accounts Livret A have faced some €260m inflows in April 2016.

It is the first time in two years that Livret A face two consecutive months of inflows after March brought €310m in net new cash .

As at end April, assets put into French public savings accounts (Livret A and Livret de Développement Durable) totalled €356.2bn.

Since the start of 2016, outflows of €980m have been stressed on French public savings accounts.
