Allianz Deutschland AG announces changes to board

Allianz Deutschland AG has announced changes to its board of Management and the board of Allianz Beratungs- und Vetriebs-AG, effective April 1st 2014.

Manfred Knof (pictured) has been appointed as new CEO to oversee Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East. He replaces Bruce Bowers, who will remain Senior Advisor for Allianz.

Manfred Knof’s previous position as member of the Board of Management of Allianz Deutschland AG in charge of Operations will be taken over by Andree Moschner, who is currently a member of the Board of Allianz in charge of Sales, as well as CEO of Allianz Beratungs- und Vertriebs-AG.

The position of CEO for Allianz Beratungs- und Vertriebs-AG, which handles slaes and distribution, will now be taken over by Joachim Müller who has also been appointed as Member of Board in charge of sales, a decision which is currently subject to regulatory approval.
