Carmignac strenghtens team in Germany

French asset manager Carmignac Gestion, specialised in fixed income and equity management, has appointed Ingo Boxleitner as head of Development for North and East Germany and Sebastian Haimerl as head of Development for Bavaria and Austria, according to the local trade press.

Boxleitner was hitherto working within the platform Attrax based in Luxembourg as regional sales director for North and East Germany.

Haimerl moved from Barings where he held the position of sales manager.

Both will start their work as of 1 May 2015.

Founded in 1989, Carmignac Gestion has €50bn of assets under management as at 31 December 2014.

Its funds are distributed in 12 European countries and in Singapore.
