Credit Suisse appoints head of German Commercial Property business

Credit Suisse has announced the appointment of Marc-Oliver Tschabold (pictured) to head of its commercial real estate investment group in Germany, as well as the acquisition of a Düsseldorf-based property to it’s portfolio.

Tschabold replaces Francisca Fariña Fischer, who will now exclusively focus on the management of the Credit Suisse Global Commercial Real Estate fund.

Tschabold has been working with Credit Suissse’s real estate investment management team since 2008.

With the aquistion of the €45m six storey building in Düsseldorf, the Credit Suisse Commercial Real Estate portfolio in Germany now includes property in Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Cologne, Berlin, Leipzig and Düsseldorf.
