Schroders continues hiring-expansion in Frankfurt
Schroders has continued the row of appointments it made since July to distribute and support its products in Europe, by hiring Bianca Eleonore Käs in Frankfurt as a distribution assistant.
Käs (pictured) will deal with wholesale clients in Germany and Austria for the €227bn manager, and report to head of distribution, Alexander Prawitz.
She will count service support for funds of funds and wealth managers among her key responsibilities.
At her former employer, a financial advisory firm, Käs was responsible for clients in the investment and insurance industries. She has also worked in the real estate management unit of Honeywell, covering Germany, the Czech Republic, France and the US.
In late July Schroders announced it was hiring Daniela Euchner from American investment manager and insurer Hartford Life, as assistant for the distribution of mutual funds. She reports to Melanie Stahl, head of distribution for Schroder Investment Management GmbH.
At the start of the month, the UK-headquartered manager also announced it had hired Tanja Engel from American Express, as chief operating officer in Frankfurt.
Engel is responsible for business areas including compliance, IT, planning and control, and reports to Schroders’ managing director in Germany, Achim Küssner.
