Swiss Life REIM acquires first asset in Germany

Swiss Life REIM (France) has announced it completes the acquisition of its first German asset in partnership with Corpus Sireo.

The asset, which has been acquired from Kildare Partners for the portfolio of French insurer MAIF’s branch Delta Immo, is located in Hamburg’s business area.

The Neuer Dovenhof is an office building of 22 000 square meters that shelters around 30 companies.

At end 2014, the value of all Swiss Life REIM’s assets totalled over €5.4bn.
