Idinvest Partners appoints two investment directors

Paris based Idinvest Partners has announced Mathias Raynaud and Emmanuelle Pierret have joined the firm as investment directors.

Raynaud focuses on investments within the private debt and strategy & solutions departments, respectively managing €2.1bn and €2.5bn of assets as at 7 December 2015.

His specific focus is on asset-based financings.

Pierret works in the growth capital team, managing €1.5bn of assets as at 7 December 2015. She is responsible for the deployment of the Novi 2 equity compartment that takes minority stakes in SMEs and midmarket companies with strong growth potential.

Prior to joining Idinvest, Raynaud spent 4 years in Qatar within the capital markets department of the sovereign wealth fund QIA.

He structured asset-based financings, particularly in real estate, as well as investments and hedging transactions across asset classes (equity, fixed income, FX and rates).

Raynaud spent two years at UBS where he started his career as an analyst before working six years as a structurer within the strategic equity/corporate equity derivatives team of Natixis.

Pierret joined from Naxicap Partners where she worked 14 years. She was involved in over 15 private equity transactions, as minority or majority shareholder.

In 2015, she was a member of Naxicap Investor Relations team.
