Amundi Italy reshuffles top management
Amundi’s Italy branch has changed its leadership with the replacement of Michel Pelosoff with Alessandro Veraldo (pictured) as CEO.
Pelosoff is said to remain in Amundi with a non specified role.
Varaldo joins from Eurizon Capital where he has been head of Sales since 2010. He started his career int he asset management industry some 20 years ago in Deutsche Bank’s Finanza e Futuro and then became head of Fixed Income for Fideuram Asset Management.
In 1999 he founded Sanpaolo Invest Irlanda AM, where he was in charge of creating and coordinating the former Banca Sanpaolo Invest’s asset management product range.
In 2003 he joined Capitalia as head of Sales where he handled structured products and the distribution channel for retail, private, institutional, corporate and large corporate clients.
As well as working as manager, he is Professor of Finance at the University of Turin.
