Anthilia Capital appoints new chairman
Giuseppe Spadafora has been named board chairman of Italian independent asset management company Anthilia Capital Partners.
A London School of Economics’ graduate, Spadafora started his career in 1983 at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company.
Five years later he was appointed MD of Chemical Bank (today JP Morgan) and then moved onto being head of Financial Division at Omnitel (today Vodafone Italia).
From 1998 to 2006, Spadafora has taken on a number of top-manager rolesat Banco di Sicilia, BNP Paribas, Cassa Lombarda and Anthilia, where he has been vice-chairman until today.
Over the last years, he has worked as counselor at Vittoria Assicurazioni, Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze, Cardiff Italia and PKB Private Bank.
