Asset Management Holding starts IPO procedures on Milan Stock Exchange

Asset Management Holding, the sister company of the asset management company Anima SGR, has approved the proposed initial public offering on the stock exchange, managed by Borsa Italiana.

The final evaluation of the proposed listing, which will be deliberated in subsequent board meetings and finalised in agreement with the Company’s main shareholders, will include the decision on the offer structure, as well as the procedures, the terms and the conditions of the flotation.

Giuseppe Zadra, Chairman of Asset Management Holding and Anima SGR, said: “The decision was made in light of the excellent results achieved by the group, also taking into account that the flotation, aimed at the company’s appreciation and development into a leading independent asset manager, has always been the primary objective of the strategic agreements between the shareholders,”
