Be flexible, go anywhere – GSAM’s Reynolds to speak at Milan event
In the current environment of recovering economic growth and rates near historical lows, yield hungry investors face slim pickings – and serious risks, Sean Reynolds, portfolio manager at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, will say at IE’s Fund Selector Bond Focus Italy 2014.
“Investing in fixed income today requires a flexible and dynamic investment approach in order to weather the risk of potentially rising rates and increasing volatility,” is part of what Reynolds will be talking about at Investment Europe‘s Fund Selector Bond Focus event which will be held at the Four Season Hotel in Milan next 4 March.
Reynolds is a lead portfolio manager within GSAM’s Global Fixed Income team, with specific focus on the Third Party Distribution business. Based in London,
He joined GSAM in April 2003 and has worked in GSAM’s Sydney and New York offices. Prior to joining GSAM, he covered Australian equity strategies for Colonial First State Investments in Sydney. Sean graduated from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Economics.
Reynolds holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia and was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2006.
