Buttò quits Mediolanum for Apogeo
Francesco Buttò, among the founders of the private banking network of Italy’s Banca Mediolanum, has left the bank to join Apogeo Consulting.
According to reports by the local press, Buttò will work as financial adviser in the northern region of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Apogeo Consulting has about 100 advisers across Italy and attracted net inflows of more than €40m since the beginning of the year.
Buttò has a portfolio of €43m under management and has been at Banca Mediolanum for more than 20 years.
It is understood that Apogeo is planning to recruit other advisers before the end of the summer.
