Cordea Savills appoints head of Investment Italy
Property investment manager Cordea Savills has appointed Cristiano Ronchi (pictured) as head of Investment, Italy, and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Italian regulated entity, Cordea Savills SGR.
Ronchi was previously director of Investments at Cordea Savills. He joined the company in 2005 as Portfolio Manager for Pan-European Funds.
His responsibilities at Cordea Savills have included structuring of acquisitions and disposals of assets, arranging project finance and portfolio management of Cordea Savills SGR funds.
Before joining Cordea Savills, Ronchi was Finance Country Manager for Italy at McArthurGlen, which developed and managed designer outlet malls in Europe. He qualified as an accountant with Ernst & Young in 1995, where he worked as an auditor.
