Credit Suisse expands by 12 its funds offering in Italy
Credit Suisse has launched today 12 new funds in Italy, following the integration of Swiss firm Clariden Leu and its SICAVs.
The banks has expanded its offering on emerging markets, Russia, and Asian markets, as well as investment opportunities in the biotech and luxury industries.
The Swiss bank will offer to Italian investors five equity funds: Credit Suisse Sicav Equity Russia; Credit Suisse Sicav Asian Equity Dividend Plus; Credit Suisse Sicav Equity Asia Consumer; Credit Suisse Sicav Equity Biotechnology; Credit Suisse Sicav Equity Luxury Goods.
Seven bond funds have also been added to the Italian offering: Credit Suisse Fund I Bond Global Corporates; Credit Suisse Fund I Bond European High Yield; CS Fund I Floating Rate Strategy EUR/US$; Credit Suisse Fund I Bond EM Investment grade; Credit Suisse Fund I Bond EM; Credit Suisse Fund I Bond EM local Currencies.
Following the launch, Credit Suisse offers 72 funds in the market.
Meanwhile, Credit Suisse Asset Management confirmed a number of hires to its investment teams. The bank hired four equity managers who will be working under Filippo Rima and four fixed income managers working with Maurizio Pedrini and Michel Degen.
