Flossbach von Storch opens Milan office for Italy’s push

Flossbach von Storch Invest, the Luxembourgish subsidiary of one of Germany’s leading asset managers Flossbach von Storch AG, has recently launched its Italian branch office in Milan reaffirming the firm’s long-term confidence in Italy.

The establishment of Flossbach von Storch Succursale italiana (Italian branch) focuses on the further development of local distribution channels with institutional distributors, mainly banking units, aiming to provide for a comprehensive service offer ultimately resulting in added value for clients.

The new office will be led by Arcangelo Barletta, Italy country head, who joined Flossbach von Storch earlier this year. Ergys Luga will join as sales manager. Both will be supported by two client – service professionals and one marketing professional dedicated to the Italian Market.

Barletta underlines: “We have decided to create a team dedicated to Italy, with the aim of strengthening our presence and confirming our strong long-term commitment to local clients.”

At Flossbach von Storch, more than €36bn AuM are managed on behalf of high-net worth individuals, institutional clients as well as retail fund investors. The cornerstone of its product range is the flagship Multiple – Opportunities strategy.

In Italy, the current  fund – range includes multi asset strategies, global fixed income strategies as well as convertible bond strategies.

Flossbach von Storch Invest, founded in 2012 under Luxembourg law, is responsible for the management and distribution of Flossbach von Storch funds in Italy and other European countries under the European UCITS passport.
