HSBC promotes Giudici to head Italy’s global banking
HSBC has promoted Stefano Giudici to head of global banking for Italy.
Giudici (pictured) will be responsible for both investment banking and corporate bankin activities for the country, and report to Marzio Perrelli, chief executive for Italy at HSBC and to Philippe Henry, deputy head of global banking for continental Europe.
Giudici joined HSBC in 2005, having previously worked for Lazard in London.
In Italy, HSBC recently acted as joint bookrunner in the €7.5bn capital increase completed by UniCredit.
