Intesa appoints Osculati to head wealth management

Italian lender Intesa Sanpaolo has appointed Gianemilio Osculati as head of its wealth management operations.

In the newly created role, Osculati will coordinate the group’s wealth management sector: bank-insurance (Intesa Sanpaolo Vita and Intesa Sanpaolo Assicura), pension funds (Intesa Sanpaolo Previdenza), asset management (Eurizon Capital) and private banking.

Meanwhile, Intesa appointed Francesco Micheli as chief operating officer. He will be responsible for activities dealing with operation centres and networks, information systems, real-estate and purchasing, organization and security and personnel.
