Italy’s AM flows positive in Q2 2013 – Assogestioni
Italian asset management industry posted €20.6bn inflows in the second quarter of 2013, according to data released by industry association Assogestioni.
At the end of September, Italy’s asset managers had €1,243bn assets under management, 55% of which in portfolio management and 45% in collective management.
Open funds attracted €19bn inflows during the period, with a good performance of bond and flexible funds. Foreign-domiciled funds attracted €14.4bn inflows during the quarter.
Portolio management accounted for €684bn, while collective management came at €560bn worth.
The positive performance is in line with previous results.
