Italy’s Banca Ifigest and GSAM team up for distribution

Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) and Italian independent private bank Banca Ifigest have signed a distribution agreement which will make GSAM’s Luxembourg Sicav available to Italian investors through online fund platform

Following the agreement, Italian investors will have access to GSAM’s European and global equity funds; the fixed income range including government, corporate and high yield bonds, as well as monetary and balanced funds.

The funds will be available on the online fund platform to Italian retail investors with no subscription, switch or refund cost

  • Goldman Sachs Global Income Builder Portfolio
  • Goldman Sachs Growth & Emerging Markets Debt Local Portfolio
  • Goldman Sachs Global Equity Partners Portfolio
  • Goldman Sachs Europe Equity Partners Portfolio

With the GSAM’s funds, Fundstore’s asset managers partnerships have gone up to 140, for a total of 4,500 funds and Sicavs.

Both Loredana La Pace, Italy country head at GSAM, and Simone Calamai, CEO of have hailed the partnership as an effective tool to expand both companies’ client basis and offer in Italy.
