Italy’s Fineco launches ‘multi-currency’ service
Fineco Bank, the broker subsidiary of Italy’s UniCredit group, has launched a foreign exchange service to support its clients interested in diversifying assets and investments across currencies.
‘Servizio multicurrency’ allows account holders to diversify liquidity on their account in three foreign currencies: US dollar, Swiss franc and Sterling.
Fineco’s clients will also be able to trade those currencies online, without commission costs, and to make and receive payments in the three notes.
Exchange rates for each trade will be based on the Libor interest rate, and the activation of the service is free for existing clients.
