Italy’s MPS to hire 100 private bankers in 2013
Siena-based Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena has confirmed a recruitement strategy aimed at hiring about 100 private bankers to expand its network across the Italian territory.
The bank currently has about 400 bankers headed by Francesco Fanti, and the first appointments will be announced at the beginning of 2013.
In its 2013-2015 strategic plan, MPS will focus on increase its markets share by strenghtening relationships with existing clients and by increase assets under management.
The network relies on 82 private banking centres and 11 family offices.
