Mediobanca calls Ermolli, Collin and Decio to its Board
Italian bank Mediobanca has appointed Christian Collin, Alessandro Decio and Bruno Ermolli as independent members to its Board.
The appointments follow the resignations of Vincent Bollore and Jonella Ligresti, in compliance to a recent Italian law that bars directors at financial companies from holding multiple seats.
According to the same law, Ermolli (pictured) will take the place of Ennio Doris, founder and chief executive of Mediolanum, one of Italy’s largest Italian funds management and insurance companies.
To take the role, Ermolli have to leave the board of Mediolanum and Fininvest.
