M&G develops growth strategy in Milan
M&G Investments has announced a number of appointments and promotions as part of its growth strategy for its Italian office in Milan.
Andrea Orsi joined the investment house as associate director to manage M&G’s relationships with global banks and distribution partners.
Orsi joined from Pioneer, where he spent nine years in a number of portfolio management roles. He has also worked at Citigroup and Credito Artigiano.
Cécile Cacaly, who covered the role, has been promoted to associate director, global banks, based in London.
Meanwhile, Raffaela Aprea joined M&G as senior sales support. She has worked at UniCredit Banca and Pioneer Investments.
Manuel Pozzi, previously retail business development manager, has been promoted sales manager.
Lorna Neri has been promoted investment consultant. In the new role she will develop M&G relationships with distributors, financial advisers and private bankers.
Following the hires, M&G has eight people based in Milan.
