Rabitti Bedogni accepts Italy’s APF presidency
Carla Rabitti Bedogni has accepted to become Italy’s Albo dei Promotori Finanziari (APF) president.
Italy’s Albo dei Promotori Finanziari (APF) – the bar for financial advisers – named Carla Rabitti Bedogni, previously Consob commissioner and Antitrust commissioner, as the new president earlier in September.
Rabitti Bedogni will take office on 25 November.
Marco Tofanelli, currently CEO of the industry association for financial advisers Assoreti, has been appointed as vice-president of APF.
The APF is currently undergoing a transitional period supposed to lead to the creation of a new bar which will bring under the same umbrella both networks financial advisers (promotori finanziari) and independent financial advisers.
