UniCredit appoints Fossati as chief risk officer for Italy
UniCredit has appointed Massimiliano Fossati as chief risk officer for Italy.
Fossati (pictured) will take the role on November 1, and replace Juergen Kullnigg who will become chief risk officer at UniCredit Bank Austria, with responsibilities for Austria and Central and Eastern European markets.
Fossati joined the UniCredit Group in 2010 from Turkish bank Yapi Kredi Bank, having previously worked as credit managing director at Živnostenská banka.
Kullnigg started his career at UniCredit in 2005 and from 2010 to 2012 has served as head of credit operations for Italy.
