Italy’s BNP Paribas Securities Services appoints general manager

Stefano Catanzaro has been appointed general manager of BNP Paribas Securities Services Italy.

With a experience of 26 years in the banking sector, Catanzaro will manage the entire range of services and post-trade solutions of the Italian branch, which has 500 employees.

Catanzaro joined BNP Paribas Securities Services in 1997, serving different roles in the same company, including head of Asset & Fund Services division in Italy. In 2013, he was appointed as deputy general manager.

Before joining BNP Paribas, Catanzaro gained significant sales experience at Chase Manhattan Bank. Prior to that, Catanzaro worked for Manusardi Bank.

He has a degree in business administration from the University of Pavia.
