KCM boosts Dutch property team

Kempen Capital Management (KCM) has announced the appointment of Daan van Aert as head of non-listed real estate as of January 2016.

Based in Amsterdam, he will be responsible for the non-listed real estate team, focusing on the international selection and monitoring of non-listed real estate investments of primarily pension funds and insurance companies.

Van Aert has been with KCM since 2014, prior to that, he worked for 12 years at Algemene Pensioen Groep (APG), where he was part of the the non-listed real estate team.

Mona Dohle speaks German and Dutch, she is DACH & Benelux Correspondent for InvestmentEurope. Prior to that, she worked as a journalist in Egypt and Palestine.
