La Financière de l’Echiquier launches diversified global fund

Paris based La Financière de l’Echiquier (LFDE) has launched the Echiquier Global Allocation fund which relies on a diversified and flexible asset allocation process.

The fund, in which €2bn of assets have been already invested, is managed by Emmanuel Kragen who joined the company in May 2015.

The strategy of Echiquier Global Allocation consists of a top-down approach for global stock and bond-picking and uses ETFs for assets classes that are not covered by the firm’s managers.

The Echiquier Global Allocation fund does not invest in structured products nor uses leverage.

It can be exposed from 0 to 80% in global equities, 0 to 80% in fixed income and 0 to 50% in money markets funds.

Established in 1991, La Financière de l’Echiquier manages €8bn in assets.
