Livret A face outflows in January

French public savings accounts Livret A have faced outflows of €810m in January 2016, the Caisse des dépôts (CDC) reported.

Livret A have recorded a total of €9.29bn outflows in 2015.

Assets invested in Livret A at end January 2016 amounted to €255.1bn.

Sustainable savings accounts (Livret de développement durable) managed by CDC have also seen outflows of €320m last month. Assets managed through those accounts have amounted to €101bn.

Livret A and Livret de développement durable’s rates currently stand at 0.75%.
