LOIM expands Zurich sales team

Lombard Odier Investment Managers (LOIM) has appointed  Thomas Breitenmoser as Zurich based head of Sales, covering the expansion of the group’s presence in German speaking Switzerland.

Breitenmoser joins from Zürcher Kantonalbank, where he was head of Asset Management Sales based in Zurich. Before that, he worked among others as head of Institutional Distribution at Swisscanto Asset Management, and spent more than  ten years at JP Morgan Asset Management, including a two year period as head of Institutional Clients.

In addition, he has held Zurich based institutional sales roles at Merrill Lynch Investment Management and Credit Suisse.

Reporting to Carolina Minio-Paluello, global head of Sales at LOIM, he will be responsible for overseeing the sales team across the institutional, wholesale and third party distribution channels.

Thomas’s appointment demonstrates Lombard Odier IM’s commitment to German speaking Switzerland, and further development of our business.”

Mona Dohle
Mona Dohle speaks German and Dutch, she is DACH & Benelux Correspondent for InvestmentEurope. Prior to that, she worked as a journalist in Egypt and Palestine. She started her career as a journalist working for a local German newspaper. Mona graduated with an MSc in Development Studies from SOAS and has completed the CISI Certificate in International Wealth and Investment Management.
