Loys AG appoints new management board chairman

Loys AG, the investment boutique bases in Oldenburger, has appointed Ufuk Boydak as chairman of the board, effective 1 September 2017.

With this appointment, Loys AG is preparing for the next growth steps, with focus on fund management, sales and control activities at the Frankfurt financial centre.

Ufuk Boydak replaces Christoph Bruns, and will be responsible for fund management and corporate analysis from Chicago (USA) in the future. Since 2014, Ufuk Boydak has been managing the fund management of LOYS in Frankfurt.

Boydak has been working for the company since 2009. Since 2012 he has been working as a fund manager, and, since 2014 as a branch manager in Frankfurt. In 2015 he was appointed as a member of the Executive Board and a member of Loys AG. Today, Boydak is responsible for more than half of the fund volume of Loys.

Loys AG controls five of its own funds and the volume continues to grow. In addition to the German sites in Oldenburg and Frankfurt, it represents KVG in Luxembourg and a has sales office in Switzerland.
