Managing partner exits Swiss private bank

One of the seven partners of Lombard Odier has decided to exit the Swiss private bank by end of the year.

Lombard Odier and Hugo Baenziger have decided, by mutual agreement, to bring their partnership to an end due to diverging views on leadership, and implementation of the group strategy, Lombard Odier spokesperson confirmed the news to InvestmentEurope.

Bänziger, who joined as a partner more than four years ago, will leave the company’s board by the end of the year, but will continue to be associated with the group and become a former partner.

Annika Falkengren, one of the partners and in charge of finance, will take on Baenziger’s duties together with Patrick Odier.
