M&G expands private banking presence Italy

M&G Investments has strengthened its existing collaboration with with Fideuram – Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking and joined forces with Allianz Bank Financial Advisors and Banca Aletti, to distribute its mutual funds to customers of the three banks in Italy.

The agreement with Fideuram includes the distribution of 12 investment strategies through unit-linked policies and 13 through the segregated accounts offered by Fideuram.

In addition, the new cooperation with Allianz Bank Financial Advisors enables the direct distribution of M&G mutual funds as well as the distribution of funds on Darta Challenge Plus, the insurance platform from Allianz.

As a result of the collaboration, Allianz clients holding the X Team policies can invest in the fixed income M&G Global Floating Rate High Yield, the equity M&G Pan European Dividend and the multi-asset M&G Prudent Allocation. Through “Team M&G”, Allianz’s customers have the possibility of accessing a multi-asset portfolio of M&G funds.

Moreover, as part of the partnership with Banca Aletti, the private bank of  Gruppo Banco Popolare,, M&G aims to distribute its retail funds to private clients of the bank, with a particular focus on the M&G Global Convertibles, M&G Global Floating Rate High Yield, M&G Short Dated Corporate Bond, M&G Global Macro Bond and M&G Episode Macro funds.
