New entry in DNCA Italian team

DNCA, asset management company founded in 2000, announces the entry of Roberto Veronico as senior relationship manager for the Italian institutional clients.

He will be responsible for relations with institutional clients including pension funds, banking foundations, insurance companies, and other public and private entities.

Born in Rome, 48 years, Veronico has twenty-years of experience in the sector of institutional investors covering senior positions in primary companies.

Veronico comes from Mercer Italy, where he was responsible from 2013 to 2015 of the retirement and investment division. Before that, he spent over 15 years at Unicredit in the group’s pension fund, as managing director of the Luxembourg Sicav, vice-director of the fund since 2002 and member of the BoD of the pension funds of the former CRT and Cassamarca.

Veronico graduated in Statistical and Actuarial Sciences at University La Sapienza in Rome.

“The entry of Roberto in the Italian office confirms the great ambitions of DNCA also for the institutional segment. We are very well equipped in term of quality of the investment’ strategies and for dedicated services,” said Enrico Trassinelli, managing director DNCA Italy.

The Italian team has eight professionals led by Enrico Trassinelli, €6bn AUM and a range of funds regularly awarded by independent agencies. Italy is, for importance and size, DNCA’s second largest market after France.
