Deutsche AWM hires head of Wealth Management Capital Markets Americas

Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management (Deutsche AWM) has appointed Nicholas Angilletta as a managing director and head of Wealth Management Capital Markets in the Americas.

He is in charge of managing the trading activities of Deutsche AWM’s Wealth Management Capital Markets business in the America

Angilletta is based in New York and reports to Yves Dermaux, head of Solutions & Trading Group for Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, and regionally to Jerry Miller, head of Deutsche AWM, Americas.

With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Angilletta joined from Morgan Stanley where he was most recently managing director and director of Capital Markets and Consulting Group Sales Strategy.

Previously, he held various positions at the firm including head of Sales for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s Global Investment Solutions and Asset Management Business and head of Smith Barney’s Private Client Sales and Trading desks.

Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management has $1.27trn (€1.1trn) of assets under management as of June 30, 2015.
