Oddo Meriten takes over Compass Sicav fund

Oddo Meriten Asset Management will manage the sub-funds of the Compass Sicav fund range instead of BNY Mellon Fund Management (Luxembourg).

The company said the resolution to change the management company was adopted with immediate effect by an extraordinary annual meeting held on 1 February 2016 in Luxembourg.

The Sicav is now named Oddo Compass Sicav and has around €2bn in assets under management.

The sub-funds have been renamed as follows:

  • BNY Mellon Compass Fund Euro Credit Short Duration Fund –  Oddo Compass Euro Credit Short Duration
  • BNY Mellon Compass Fund Euro Corporate Bond Fund – Oddo Compass Euro Corporate Bond
  • BNY Mellon Compass Fund Euro High Yield Bond Fund – Oddo Compass Euro High Yield Bond
  • BNY Mellon Compass Fund Global High Yield Bond Fund – Oddo Compass Global High Yield Bond
  • BNY Mellon Compass Fund Global Emerging Markets Bond Fund – Oddo Compass Global Emerging Markets Bond
  • BNY Mellon Compass Fund Crossover Credit Fund – Oddo Compass Crossover Credit
  • BNY Mellon Compass Fund Euro Small Cap Equity Fund – Oddo Compass Euro Small Cap Equity
  • BNY Mellon Compass Fund Eastern Europe Diversified Fund-  Oddo Compass Eastern Europe Diversified
  • BNY Mellon Compass Fund Multi Asset Absolute Return Fund  – Oddo Compass Optimal Capital

Except for the sub-fund names, no other changes have been implemented.

Oddo Meriten AM has been managing a Luxembourg based Sicav since 2009, with close to €400m of assets under management and which is distributed in many European countries.
