OFI AM strengthens marketing departement

French asset manager OFI Asset Management has strengthened its marketing department with three appointments.

OFI has appointed Christophe Frespuech (pictured) as commercial director in charge of French institutional clients.

He will report to Franck Dussoge, deputy CEO responsible for OFI’s development and partnerships.

Frespuech will implement and oversee the coordination of the group’s commercial strategy towards institutional clients.

He joins from Swiss Life AM France where he was head of Business Development since 2011.

Frespuech started his career in 1996 at CPR Gestion as assistant portfolio manager in bonds and diversified teams. He moved to HSBC AM where he held several roles such as product engineer and investment marketing manager.

He was appointed as marketing manager at Lyxor AM in 2007 before occupying the position of head of Marketing and RFP until 2011.

Edwige Novacq has joined OFI as head of Institutional Clients France, reporting to Frespuech.

Prior to joining the firm, Novacq was responsible for institutional clients at Swiss Life AM France.

She has spent 13 years within Societe Generale’s group where she held a number of roles including multimanagement fund manager and head of Marketing, French-speaking Institutional Clients at Lyxor AM.

Lastly, OFI has appointed Mathieu Caillier as commercial director in charge of product distribution.

He will report to Franck Dussoge.

Formerly, Caillier was head of International Business Development at Swiss Life AM.

Having started his career as broker, he notably worked for HSBC GAM ans held several roles in marketing and distribution teams of Swiss Life AM.
