PineBridge names head of Europe

PineBridge Investments has appointed Klaus Schuster as managing director of the UK office and head of Europe.

He will be responsible for business development activities across Europe, with full responsibility for the firm’s European business.

Schuster was most recently head of Business Development for Europe. Prior to joining the firm in 2001, he held positions at Bank Leu and Fidelity Investments.

Anthony King has informed PineBridge of his decision to step down as regional CEO for EMEA and will be leaving the firm.

PineBridge Investments had some $80.3bn of assets under management as of 31 March 2017.
