Guernsey based JTC announces management shuffle

JTC, the Guernsey based provider of institutional client and private client services, has appointed Adam Moorshead as managing director, to take on cross jurisdictional responsibilities as the company seeks to grow its range of services.

Moorshead (pictured) will also sit on the global management board of JTC’s Institutional Client Services division, joined the company in 2015 after it acquired Kleinwort Benson’s fund administration business.

Before becoming head of Fund Administration at Kleinwort Benson he held positions at Man Investments, Credit Suisse and Rothschild Asset Management in London.

Moorshead’s appointment means that former Guernsey managing director Paul Duquemain will continue in a role as group director, with specific focus on business development for the Institutional Client Services division across the JTC group. He will continue to hold directorships on client boards, and manage client relationships at a senior level.

Stuart Pinnington, group head of Institutional Client Services at JTC, said: “We’re delighted to have Adam join the senior team following a period of extensive growth and investment. With his funds and management experience, our Guernsey office is in a very strong position to ensure clients continue to receive a first class multi-jurisdictional service. In addition Paul’s move to a role that focuses on business development and key client relationships across the Group is of key importance to the Institutional Client Services division and aligns very well with his particular skills and experience.”
