Schroders launches German online advice service

Schroders has launched portfolioIQ, a digital tool aimed at assisting advisors in Germany and Austria with portfolio optimisation and diversification.

The service aims to offer advisors specific proposal to optimise their client portfolios, among others by simulating the potential effect of an investment and by integrating Schroders’ market views into suggestions for portfolio adjustments.

It also takes into account individual risk tolerance levels, offering different portfolio combinations for each level of risk tolerance.

“Given the volatile market developments of the past years, many investors are wondering whether their deposit is appropriately positioned, portfolioIQ supports advisors in verifying that and to develop the appropriate combination of assets. We believe that this is an important step in order to offer advisors more safety in terms of their clients’ investment decisions and hence improving transparency” comments Achim Küssner (pictured), managing director at Schroders Investment Management.

portfolioIQ can be accessed via Schroders’ website and is free of charge.
