Andbank names head of Business Development for IFAs

Andorra’s Andbank has appointed Bruno Aguilar as head of Business Development for the network of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs).

Aguilar comes from Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management, where he was general manager for Spain and Portugal, responsible for branch management and business development.

Previoulsy, he worked at Credit Suisse Asset Management, Robert Fleming Spain and BZW, which is part of the Barclays group.

Aguilar has developed his career in the asset management industry, focusing on the sale and distribution of funds to institutional clients.

“It is the ideal profile to offer the best support to IFAs, facing the new challenges that will bring the coming regulatory changes in the sector. Thus, Aguilar reinforces a business that is completely strategic within the entity,” said Emilio Andreu, responsible for Financial Agents and Andbank’s Spanish IFAs.
